Vikalp means “alternative”. We started Vikalp Omni because growing Shopify brands were juggling five or six apps that didn’t talk to each other — one for reviews, one for loyalty, one for the wishlist, another for push — each with its own bill, its own look and its own idea of who the customer is.

One app, one customer

Every Vikalp Omni module shares the same customer, the same brand settings and one dashboard. A review earns Omni Tokens, a saved item becomes a price-drop alert, a chat shows the customer’s orders, and a referral moves someone up a VIP tier, without connecting anything.
