Questions
Who gets marketing emails?
Only customers who agreed to marketing in Shopify. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we stop sending to addresses that bounce or complain.
Does web push work on iPhone?
On iPhone and iPad, Apple allows web push only for people who added your store to their home screen. Your own app (Omni App) reaches every iPhone that installs it.
Can emails come from my own address?
Yes. Add your domain in Settings → Email sender and add the DNS records we show you.
