Set up product reviews and review requests
Show verified-buyer reviews on product pages, ask for reviews after delivery and moderate what appears.
1. Show reviews
Add the Product reviews block to your product page template, and Review stars under the product title.
Optionally add the reviews carousel to your home page and a Reviews page with the review wall.
2. Reviews from orders
Customers review what they bought from their account: every order that has shipped gets a Write a review button beside Buy again. It needs Shopify’s customer accounts (Settings → Customer accounts).
To add the Review your order and Waiting for your review blocks, go to Settings → Checkout → Customize, choose the Order status or Orders page, click Add app block and choose Reviews (Vikalp Omni).
3. Ask for reviews
In Vikalp Omni → Reviews → Settings, turn on review requests and choose how many days after delivery to send them. Design the email in the Messages tab.
4. Moderate and reply
Choose whether reviews publish straight away or wait for approval, and reply in public from the Reviews list.
5. Import existing reviews
In Import & export, upload the CSV from your previous reviews app.
