Rename “Store credit” at checkout to your credits name
Shopify’s checkout and customer accounts call Omni Credits “Store credit”. Change that wording to your programme’s name in three steps.
Steps
- In Shopify, go to Settings → Languages.
- Next to your published language, click ⋯ → Edit default theme content (for checkout and accounts, use the checkout translations option).
- Search for “store credit” and replace each entry with your credits name, such as “Omni Credits”. Save.
- Repeat for each language your store uses.
Why this isn’t automatic
Checkout wording belongs to your Shopify store, so it’s changed in your Shopify settings. Everything Vikalp Omni shows — the Omni Pass page, widgets and emails — already uses your names.
